The Challenge

Clients were being inundated with phishing messages. ITg was using Microsoft’s native spam filtering and email security tools to secure their clients’ email, but those tools weren’t fully stopping the flood of malicious messages coming in and, unfortunately, a few dangerous messages got through for several clients. ITg needed a solution that would stop phishing messages from reaching employees effectively and that played well with Microsoft. The solution also needed to be easy to use and easy to deploy for their wide array of clients.

The Solution

After reviewing several email security options, ITg chose to offer Graphus automated email security to enhance the native security their clients were already getting through Microsoft 365. That choice delivered immediate benefits to their customers. Clients quickly noticed they weren’t seeing phishing messages after Graphus was implemented for them – especially welcome news for several clients that had fallen victim to phishing attacks.
